Welcome to Serra Auto Park Akron! I’m Jeff Pister, the General Manager here at the dealership. I’m a people person, and I get involved in everything I can. I’m very passionate about our company, especially its growth and development. Known in the industry for being a customer advocate, and for doing everything possible to help my team members grow. The Serra family is dedicated to its community, and we believe in giving back. I have a genuine passion for helping others. For the past nine years, I have participated in Pelotonia- a bike ride for Cancer, which has raised over $50,000 for cancer research. I am also involved in Run and Ride for kids – benefiting children with pediatric brain tumors. When time permits, I enjoy golf, although I am not very good at the sport – but I do my best! I also like skiing, snowmobiling, riding motorcycles, boating, cycling, running, and surfing. I have had the opportunity to visit many destinations, such as Jamaica, Aruba, Barbados, Hawaii, St. Lucia, and the Key West, and I look forward to adding more places to that list!

Hi! I’m Adam Pearce, and I have worked in the auto industry since 2012. I am known for my direct and straight-forward personality. The car business is incredible. What I enjoy the most about my job is getting to work within a highly motivated team. I like to talk about trucks, camping, snowmobiling, and anything related to the outdoors. I also enjoy meeting new people and hearing who they are and what they are about. Outside of the dealership, I love spending my free time with my family. We like to go boating and camping. My proudest job is being a father and a husband – my family is my world!

Started working in auto in 1986, right out of high school. Joined Serra Auto Park in 2000. When customers need a Mazda or Subaru part, this is the dealership to see. Born and raised in Akron, OH. I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 boys. Big fan of bass fishing tournaments.

Born and raised in Canton. I have a beautiful wife, Heather, and 5 wonderful children; their ages range from 6 – 16.
